Receipt of a request does not constitute acceptance until PAS confirms availability, scope, conditions and applicable authorization.

Users agree to provide legitimate information and not to use the website for unlawful activities, unauthorized access or the submission of harmful content.
5. Medical information and emergencies
The public website does not replace public emergency services and must not be used to transmit medical records or other sensitive data through unauthorized channels.
